Amenities You’ll Enjoy

We have a 100x200ft arena with lights for evening rides. Our limestone footing offers a great space for you to work and exercise your horse. We also have a round pen available for daily usage.
Our property neighbors nearly 50+ acres that we have been graciously allowed to ride on as well as back roads.
We have onsite tack storage with space for tack trunks.
Cross-ties are available for grooming and tacking.
Horse trailer parking included for boarders.

Full pasture board is available for $350 a month. This includes; hay, grain, blanketing, and horse checks throughout the day.
Currently, we only offer pasture boarding as we are breaking ground on our new barn in the Spring of 2023! Be sure to follow us on social media for updates.
Chloe offers 30-day, 60-day, and general full-time training for horses of all levels. We will care for your horse like they are our own. Your horse will be handled daily and exercised according to the goals lined out. We will also send periodic updates on your horse’s progress. Board and full-time training combined are $1100.
Single training rides are $50 an hour. This is a great way to get feedback on your horse and to get a little mental reset on them from time to time.

We will not be paying or providing any supplements but we can easily add a Smartpack or prebagged supplement to their feed.
No! Blanketing is included in standard care for the board. You will need to supply an appropriate blanket and launder when necessary. However, we will use that time to also check on your horse and make sure they are doing well in the weather.
This is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Generally, horses in training are working on something and one rider is best until the horse has really understood the concept. If the situation makes sense, the owner can ride in lessons or with the green light from Chloe.
We believe this would be a personal preference. There is liability paperwork that will be given prior to the horse's arriving, either way.
I will create logs and notes of what was worked on from the horse that the client will have access to. I will also of course text photos and updates weekly.
